@RingGo_parking Hi, I've just paid for 24 hours parking at Full Street in Derby (2337), only to find that due to an event the car park is closed from 4am. There are no signs up notifying people of this. Your website isn't giving me the option of claiming a refund for this reason?

@quidco Ah, the £50 bonus is declined also, so I'm £87.50 cashback down..... It's becoming laughable at how much gets declined and there's no comeback, no updates, nothing....

@quidco Another Jet2 claim refused because I used a voucher... When you log into your Jet2 account you instantly get £60 off.... So how would I ever be able to claim. Every single time this happens.

@quidco I've done that several times this year and they've told me I've used a code... One that is automatically put on my account when I book. So that's another £37.50 that I can't claim, but the 2p on eBay works fine... Seems selective.

@plex Hi, I'm trying to download some TV shows and movies on the new look android app for an upcoming flight. It's crazy that I can't download (or delete) a full series and need to do each episode individually. Also no hold/press to download movies, what a backwards leap!
