@myntra Ordered 2 blazers ( Order ID # 1208571 66268096829303 & Order ID # 1208568 18250806056401).I was out of town and i tried it on my return to find out one was worn out and used and the other one was ill- fitting. Return denied as the TAT was 7 days and not usual 30 days.

@myntra I am left with 2 blazers which are useless to me. I have been using myntra for over 8 years but never had such a bad experience with customer service before. They didnot bother about the time it took or the agony the customer will be facing by paying for useless stuff.

@myntra I called the customer care and requested them to speak to the seller for returning the item. But was kept on hold for 30 minutes as Neha could not find a supervisor who after minutes re-iterated the same thing that it can't be returned.
