@shinde_gaurav1 @shivamsingh0206 @FurlencoSupport @FURLENCO I think it’s the former. They have a team, the call centre is pretty responsive but there’s usually no solve through a phone call. They’re going through a migration phase, but that’s pretty much the excuse for every fuck up.

30+ phone calls and escalations later, the product still remains undelivered.
It has been rescheduled for the 5th time now. Experiencing the worst delivery service ever.

Order is presumably out for delivery and I haven’t received any details of the delivery partner yet. This same scenario has played out twice already where at the end of the day the order just gets rescheduled again.
Please ensure this happens today.
