Delhi Police ACP Vivek Bhagat says, "Yesterday, I was on duty in sector one zone one which includes the main Jantar Mantar area. I was on duty during the day and I had evening shift as well, so during the evening shift, I was going to report from Regal building which is Connaught Place, via Sansad Marg, at the red light of Tolstoy and Sansad Marg. I had a staff of five or six who were walking ahead and with me was an ACP probationer Rohit and my operator Navneet. So as we were walking ahead, we realized that water bottles were being thrown at the staff in front and hooting and anti-social slogans were being raised against the police. So as soon as our police staff moved back and forth a little there, some of them moved forward to save their lives and one of them was overpowered by the crowd. Blood was coming out of his head. His entire face was covered in blood, so I tried to intervene to rescue him from there. We even brought him a meter or two forward, but the crowd was so huge and violent. They even overpowered me. The crowd was so violent. Police officers were specifically targeted, isolating them and attacking them..."
General Category attending tomorrow's student protests- use these banners.

Talk to the media. Share photos & videos on social media. Tag me- I will amplify them.
This is your moment. Use it.
Hello @DelhiPolice. Shrey Gupta has created a public dashboard to incite people against Police Officials. He wants people to identify Cops & put them in grave danger.
Arrest him ASAP. He might be a part of a criminal syndicate. Investigate.

The @DRDO_India has successfully conducted the maiden flight test of Long-Range Surface-to-Air Missile Kusha today from the APJ Abdul Kalam Island off the coast of Odisha.
Kusha missile system is capable of neutralising wide variety of aerial threats including fighter jets, missiles, UAVs and large enemy aircrafts within a wide range and altitude envelope.
Today’s successful test flight of Kusha marks an important milestone in Indian defence R&D. The capability in developing long range surface-to-air missile system is possessed only by a handful of nations. This will also eliminate the import dependency for such systems and signifies a giant leap in air defence capability of the nation. I congratulate DRDO and other stakeholders for this achievement.
Thank you @ShivAroor for this genuine conversation with the students who are going through the pain of India’s broken education system. Both general category students and speaking on an aspect which rarely is EVER discussed in politics.
20 July 1:30 PM : Sharing a clear video showing how the violence was started by CJP supporters. Delhi Police personnel can be seen trying hard to control the situation and prevent further escalation.
I scored 96.5% in Class 12 and 750/800 in CUET, yet I couldn't get into my dream college, SRCC. I accepted that maybe I could have studied harder.
But when I joined college, I saw students admitted through reserved categories with CUET scores of around 500–600. That was the moment my blood boiled.
My family owns no property, no business nothing. We have struggled financially like countless others. Yet I was denied the same opportunity simply because I belong to the General Category, while candidates from reserved categories, despite being economically well off, still benefited from reservation.
From that day until today, I have continued to raise my voice against the reservation system and I will keep speaking up as long as I have your support. One day I will uproot this biased system from this country!
I am disturbed because every protest in India seems to have the same script.
1. Abuse Lord Ram.
2. Abuse Bharat Mata.
3. Abuse PM Modi.
4. Abuse PM Modi’s late mother.
5. Abuse Brahmins.
6. Abuse Hindutva.
No discussion.
No solutions.
Only slogans, abuse, and chaos.
The opposition seems to be living under the illusion that one day they will be able to create a Nepal-like situation in India.
No trade deal with the US has even been signed yet, but some farmers are already ready to block Delhi.
This is becoming a circus.
How can a nation progress when so many people are willing to protest first and verify facts later?
Who leaked the paper? Some teachers.
Who bought the leaked paper? Some common people for their selfish gains.
Those who leaked the paper are in jail, and the re-exam has been conducted.
FM @nsitharaman clearly exposes the hypocrisy behind this entire protest.
The PM himself is taking measures for the students and their future.
The government is willing to have every kind of discussion.
Yet Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, and Akhilesh Yadav are disrupting Parliament and instigating the students. FM Nirmala Sitharaman rightly slams these disruptors.
A uniform does not make a person feel less pain.
Behind every badge is a beating heart, a family and a promise to serve.
Seeing on-duty police personnel assaulted is deeply disturbing.
Disagreement can have a voice.
Violence should never have a place.

NEET Aspirant Harsh Dubey was so angry and outraged with the system that he stood up from his chair inside NDTV Studio to speak up and raise questions. Leave everything and watch this video from @ShivAroor’s show India Matters!
So Lakshay Singh wasted his dad's Lakhs of ruppes & then made him a CLOWN infront of everyone🤣
He showed his father a Digitally altered OMR which showed him scoring 660 marks
-> He actually scored just 116 marks🤯
- NTA has sent the original OMR to his e-mail now.
Forget 660 marks, he didn't even attempt 66 questions😂
Of 180 questions, the candidate attempted 54 (34 correct, 20 incorrect).
Don't leave them ffs. Under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, sharing a FORGED OMR has following punishment:
Imprisonment: 3 to 5 years
Fine: Up to ₹10 lakh
Offences are: Cognizable, non-bailable, and non-compoundable.
PUT THEM BEHIND THE BARS. THESE GUYS DESERVE THIS😠
