Agree completely Sarah. HMG have clearly assumed we're all stupid and can't add up. Other govt assumptions from the past week: 1. laws don't apply to HMG if it doesn't like them; 2. UK citizens can't tell the difference between lies and facts; 3. Optimistic waffle = policy
