@MayorofLondon Dear Sadiq, how about a 2022 campaign to cut engine idling in London? Black cabs frequent offenders . At a recent parliament sq event 4 police vans running engines. Drivers said they were necessary to run ‘ complex systems’, which stretches credibility.
