@British_Airways I did that, and immediately got a response from a virtual assistant which said: "Hi! I'm the British Airways virtual assistant. I can help you with booking your flights and packages, adding extras [and the rest]" Any chance of a response from a human being?

Is anyone else having problems with flight delay compensation from @British_Airways? Our flight was delayed last November from the USA necessitating an overnight stay and other expenses. Letters and emails have been ignored or wrongly answered - and no compensation offered
