@mattletiss7 I did a 72 hour water fast a couple of months ago. Never done one before, just did it straight off the bat. Hadn’t even thought about doing one, just woke up one morning, saw something on X and did it. I lost half a stone in 48 hours. Plan on doing another one soon.
