So it very much seems @AmazonHelp @AmazonUK actually have no official complaints procedure. Not one they wish to share with you. I’ve been scammed by a delivery driver to the tune of £400. Blog post including video & audio footage of the delivery coming up. #AmazonCrime #Amazon
