@lufthansa I wonder whether someone could look into a complaint that’s been sent in. Twice I have been responded to for someone else complaint and twice I’ve asked for it to be escalated. It seems to be falling on deaf ears.
@SP_EnergyPeople It’s not possible to do so as it doesn’t allow the questions to be asked. Are you inundated with so many emergencies and vulnerable people that it takes days to get a response.
@ScottishPower@SP_EnergyPeople is there anyway of actually speaking with someone! OR atleasst have your chat system allow alternative selections and not the ones listed!
So on a whim I’ve taken the governments careers test to see what I can retrain to do if needs be .... and it’s just confirmed I should work in Food and Hospitality... but that’s what I currently do? @UKGovernmentEng
