@FuddBusters @MorosKostas It is common for the courts to find some other reason to rule against a rule or law other then it being not Constitutional. Mark Smith has discussed this and the reasoning several times in his videos. It can just delay the eventual decision coming to 2A argument.

This is most likely not 00 buckshot.  It is most likely #1 buckshot and will not properly cycle in many semi-auto shotguns.  Some have measured the pellet size and weight to confirm it is #1.

@Mrgunsngear The rule does not go into effect 30 days from today unless the ATF put it in the Federal Register today. I looked at the list of rules there as of 4/11 and do not see it listed. Based on Final Brace Rule my guess is that may not happen until the end of this month.

@hansonsrun Any running is better than no running during the summer in preparation for CC season. Any physical activity is better than no activity. The activity level will be evident the first week of CC practice in August. Our vacations included hiking 5 to 12 miles a day in parks.

@kurtmichaelis I suffered hamstring strain in mid-Jan 2018 while training for Boston. I did not go to PT thinking they would just tell me to stop training. I ended up with strain in other leg too during the race at ~8 miles probably due to favoring other hamstring. Lesson learned.

We'll be cheering on Michigan State at the Great Lakes Regional. Glad it is a course that can handle some winter weather unlike the Northeast course that is so bad that the race will not be moved to a road course. What makes it worse is many athletes did not bring racing flats.
