@Wickes What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of compassion and customer service we have received. Being told that this is simply “what we’ve paid for” is not an acceptable response to a customer who has spent £20k with your company.
#Wickes#WickesKitchen
@Wickes We chose Wickes expecting a professional service and a finished kitchen that matched what we had selected. Instead, we have been left extremely disappointed and frustrated, while being made to feel like we are unreasonable for raising a genuine issue.
@Wickes We have all of this confirmed in writing via email.
So please explain to us how, after spending £20,000 on a Wickes kitchen, we are expected to accept a product that clearly does not match what we were shown and agreed to purchase.
Part 3
This isn’t simply a case of us not liking the colour or expecting something slightly different. Your own store manager has said the worktop is unacceptable. Your kitchen designer has said it is unacceptable. Even the worktop supplier has acknowledged that it looks wrong. Part 2
@Wickes please explain to me how you think this is acceptable.
We have now received our worktops, and the difference between the original in-store sample, the worktop supplier’s sample, and the worktop that has actually been delivered is absolutely shocking.
