@PostOffice Fine. This information needs adding to your FAQ. The image is clear and high quality (the image itself has a glossy sheen). The person on the car hire desk in the USA will not be refusing my car hire because the photo isn’t on glossy paper...

@PostOffice Hi, I’ve just been refused an international driving permit due to my photo not being on glossy paper. It was printed on hq colour laser and a very clear true likeness image. Your website doesn’t say anything about it needing to be on glossy paper. Please advise.

@PostOffice Thank you for replying @PostOffice . All your FAQ criteria for the photo are met. The same image was even used on my passport. An online passport photo service was used and then printed on a colour laser printer. At no stage does it say the paper should be glossy. Please advise.
