@Rossputin@victormarx@cologop You are forgetting the most important part, Greg Lopez running as an unaffiliated which will pull more from whoever GOP nominee than DEM
Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby, who is under NCAA investigation for making bets via a gambling app, has retained the noted lawyer Jeffrey Kessler to try to regain his college eligibility, sources tell me and @PeteThamel.
If Sorsby and Kessler are unsuccessful in finding a path to eligibility, declaring for the NFL’s supplemental draft then would become an option. Sorsby would have until June 30 to declare for the supplemental draft.
@AllbrightNFL Not to mention this draft is prime for linebacker help and overpaying in the first HOURS of FA usually doesn't workout, hence Greenlaw, Dre.
@BianchiWeather@VicLombardi Fair. It seemed everyone agreed it was going to be snowy, but to the extent that it came through, it was borderline squallish. That is the big difference. Even the models weren't saying it would be THAT intense.
A newsy wrinkle from Bevacqua: As part of an MOU signed last spring, Notre Dame is assured of a CFP berth if it is ranked in the top 12 starting next year.
If this year’s situation unfolds next year, the final at-large team (Miami) would have gotten bumped for No. 11 Notre Dame.
@VicLombardi@RyanKoenigsberg Vic, no one is disputing ND is one of best 12 in the country. But they lost their 2 biggest games on the schedule and as much as it’s silly, don’t belong to a conference. Ultimately, be mad at the 2 G5 teams included. That’s more egregious than Bama in over ND
