The FDA's false attacks are starting to crumble in the states they misled into enacting bans on kratom. The Wisconsin House State Affairs Committee voted 9-2 to repeal their ban on kratom and replace it with the Kratom Consumer Protection Act.

The National Black Caucus of State Legislators formally adopted the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA) as model legislation for all states to adopt at its Annual Legislative Conference in Atlanta today. A great victory in pushing back against the FDA's war on kratom.

CDC just announced drug overdose deaths spiked by close to 30% in 2020 - more than 93,000 deaths. NIDA Director Volkow reported it was the largest increase since 1999. The FDA continues its war on kratom, something that has proven to save lives - particularly those w/addictions.
