Just watched Mannequin for the first time. Here’s my #baldreview Questionable acting and quite ridiculous film but endearing and an easy watch. Enjoyed the 80s hair, fashion & soundtrack. Kim Cattrall good. 7/10

Friday the 13th #baldreview Old school, no mucking about, horror film. Creepy, jumpy & a bit weird at times. Some graphic scenes, especially poor Kevin Bacon. Acting alright but definitely some could have escaped but decided to stay and scream whilst being stabbed instead. 7/10

First time watching #BeverlyHillsCop. Here’s the #baldreview Excellent. Epitome of the 80s - cars, hair, clothes, the works. Great soundtrack with killer theme song. Great mix of action with hilarious comedic timing (some real belly laughs!). Perfect script. Possibly best film…

First time watching Trading Places. Here’s the #baldreview Great storyline with a reminiscent star cast of the 80s. Like it as a movie but it’s film with no shame - from racism, homophobia and even blackface, it didn’t hold back in order to offend. Eddie Murphy very good. 6/10

Just watched Lethal Weapon for the first time! #Baldreview: Epitomises the 80s well - hair, cars, mobile phone (with cord, receiver and aerial) and saxophone background. Great action scenes. Super cool font on the credits. 8/10

Just watched Halloween 🎃 #baldreview: Iconic theme song and some good camera angles. Some questionable acting in death scenes. Some good jumpy scenes more towards the end. Raises the importance of stranger danger but not the best representation of mental health 6/10

First time watching Total Recall. Here’s my #baldreview : Interesting questioning of reality. Lots of blood and explosions. Great representation of the future, including inefficient passport control and poor voice recognition. Love the industrial theme on Mars. 8/10
