@virginmedia No- I was advised engineers would come 1/2 weeks before my installation date in Nov to run cable in pavement but my consistent concern has been challenges in running the cable to my house from the pavement, hence the booked pre fit site visit.

@virginmedia arranged pre site visit for yesterday and nobody showed. After 50mins wait on telephone was advised ‘no engineer’ available. No contact with me to advise. Awful service. I took a day off work for that !

@SDFACUK A4 Not sure how to a answer. Any change or transition (individually and organisationally) can potentially benefit from a coaching approach. It is often how this is orchestrated and how embedded it is in the culture that determines usefulness strategically #coachingHE #SDFcoaching

@LeanChristine At its heart, that is what coaching tries to do - release the resourcefulness of individuals/teams. I agree though, difficult not to rescue and give 'answer'! Particularly as a lecturerer! #CoachingHE
