On the hunt for Manchester city centre office space. Ideally a private room with desks for 6 people. Plus access to kitchen, separate meeting room and decent wifi... Any suggestions welcome 🙏
The Star and Garter, an iconic half-pub, half-venue on the edge of the city, mourns the loss of Andy Martin.
The venue operator and licensee, who passed away on Friday 29th March, was at the heart of making the S&G a very different type of venue.

@Pursehouse Fort area is really historic and great to walk around. Especially the university, oval and gateway of India. Brittania restaurant was amazing. Get a drink on a hotel rooftop somewhere on Marine Drive for the sunset
@MsR_Stephens Only did a day trip to Pisa so barely touched surface… Keith Haring house was cool (basically a mural on public street) and Filter Coffee Lab good for people watching. It’s studenty so easy to avoid tourist traps. The tower and other buildings were ace and no charge
@lufctrust Possible to establish if these loans cover multiple seasons in championship? If we stay here for several years can these players stay on loan till their contracts expire?
@jonhillcock We play Wind the bobbin up to our little one at bedtime and Spotify plays Windowlicker straight afterwards. Must be an alphabetically thing, but a nice surprise
Would've made a difference with an extra 2-3 games, but it's for the best. Playing Koch as an attacking mid, and Struijk as LWB a sign of what was to come. He leaves £500,005 better off. #lufc
