- When Xavier Becerra took office, HHS had roughly 80 people in its central program integrity function overseeing about $2.2 trillion in annual payments across 50 states and territories
- Xavier Becerra transferred or reassigned about 76 of them, leaving only 6
- Even RFK said this was done intentionally to gut oversight and creating “an invitation for the fraudsters.”

This was why so many foreigner owned fake Medicare and Medicaid health care companies spring up so quickly

RFK Jr even linked it to the fake hospice providers in Los Angeles that were billing for nonexistent patients and autism services fraud

This was INTENTIONALLY DONE

And instead of rotting in prison for this, Xavier Becerra is now running for governor for the largest state in America

Consider this: Ali was deported from the US only two years ago, after a survivor pursued justice through the courts. It took a survivor’s determination to bring his abuses before a judge and jury.

He was told by the gas station Gavin Newsom is BLOCKING the relief and it’s still full price

He’s right. Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14435, “Emergency Tax Relief on Diesel Fuel”

- Penalty waiver for dyed diesel on highways
- Deferral of the federal excise tax
- Treasury is directed to explore avenues to eliminate the obligation to pay the deferred taxes later

Gavin Newsom responded by not lifting the ban on use of red diesel on public roads and has not provided the matching state tax relief

By the way ‘Red diesel’ is chemically the same as regular highway diesel; the red dye is just a marker so authorities can tell the highway taxes haven’t been paid

So Gavin Newsom is blocking it ONLY to hurt Americans before midterms and not give any financial relief

Newsom is a criminal

- The California State Department of Tax and Fee Administration says that dyed diesel remains prohibited on California public highways (They will not lift the restriction)
- They refuse to suspend the diesel excise tax
- Newsom’s deputy press secretary dismisses Trump’s federal order as “more distraction and desperation”

The American health insurance system is a scam

- Hip replacement in Boston costs $17,900 at one hospital, and at a nearby hospital, it costs $74,000 for the exact same surgery
- Researchers have found MRI prices varying as much as 9x within a single city
- One analysis found that 60% of insurer-negotiated hospital rates were higher than the hospital's own cash price

“Think about that. The insurance company, who is supposed to be negotiating for all of its members and beating down the price, has actually negotiated a price that is higher than if you just walked into that hospital off the street and asked for that procedure”

Here’s how the scam works

- Anyone with an EBT card comes in and buys an item
- The store adjusts the price of that item to the amount of money that’s on the person’s EBT card
- The store gives the person 50 cents on the dollar for the balance on the EBT card

Meaning is you have $120 on your EBT card, you’re able to exchange it for $60 cash and the store pockets the rest of the money for doing the transaction

This is a scam that is happening nationwide. There have even been so many mainstream media stories where this has been highlighted as a common scam
