Whistleblower exposes how illegal migrants were qualifying to purchase homes in Utah

A qualification system in place allows for 6 names to be used and up to 10 illegals incomes were taken. They qualify for the home, move all their illegals in and then then American taxpayer picks up the tab

“You can apply by groups, the system can only take 6 names, but they can apply 10 people. So so they go and buy a house. Let's say you and your wife arrive at the same time that me and my husband and we go and buy a house together. I live on the basement. You live upstairs, and it's cheaper than renting a place”

“So now I get a house. 4 of us are qualifying for that, and I have people move in and now I'm living in Midvale. And I've moved in with next to no money down. And who paid for it? The taxpayers.”

He also alleges cities offered free money for home purchases using taxpayer funds and NGO contributions

Let me recap how this works

- Mortgage applications can list up to 6 names on the loan, but lenders reportedly combine income from up to 10 people or more to qualify for the purchase
- Multiple families or individuals then move into one house (one on the main floor, others in the basement), making it cheaper than renting.
- These purchases involve minimal or no money down

The whistleblower says taxpayers ultimately subsidize this through:

- Government-backed loans or guarantees
- Local city and county down payment assistance grants
- NGO contributions and refugee immigrant resettlement programs

This is one of the way illegals buy single family homes

This is 100% true

Utah offers various down payment assistance programs through Utah Housing Corporation and cities like Salt Lake City, some have gone to low-income buyers, including immigrants and refugees. Ineligible individuals to benefit indirectly

Illegals can get the home loans on their own. Undocumented immigrants can legally obtain mortgages using an ITIN from some private lenders, even without a Social Security Number

This was a major loophole closed by the Trump Admin

Dear Republican Senators,

If all you do is post on X about wanting to pass the SAVE Act, while refusing to use the legislative tools necessary to actually get it done, then you do not truly want it passed.

You are just talking.

So if leadership is standing in the way, then replace the leadership.
