@SamsungUK my wife called you trying to make a claim under her care policy. After going through the various options and being placed on hold, the call then goes to either a recording, or someone’s personal call which is rather graphic in parts.

@AvivaUK made my first claim today for a cracked windscreen. Followed the instructions on the app. No call received. When chased, your agent said glass claims are outsourced, but you don’t hold a record of who to. Data breach? Very poor service.
