@Specsavers disgusted with your Stamford store. Have rang twice with no answer and left a message each time with no call back. In the end had to travel 12miles to visit the store to make an appointment. Assistant never apologies and just said “we busy”!

@BarclaysUK absolutely disgusted with your home emergency policy. In-laws over 80s had to have no heating over night at -8 because you had no one else to come out after 7pm when your engineer don’t fix the boiler properly. What’s the point of an emergency policy?
