@JAPITTER It's the same everywhere in the US, I mailed a check for work. St. Louis, MO to Kansas City, MO Certified and Registered. Usually takes 2 days, it was mailed Dec. 31st received Feb. 19th and they still haven't notified me it was delivered. The person receiving it did.
