This is exactly WHY Polymarket AI bots will win no matter what
Arbitrage is the key to success on Prediction Markets.
That's why 5-min and 15-min Crypto Markets are easily to profit on if you have special EDGE
Save for latter.
The most powerful bot on Polymarket
It scaled to over 5,700 predictions in one month and pulled in $317,000+ profit.
This Polymarket trader built custom software focused on short-term BTC and ETH markets with 15-minute intervals.
High volatility in crypto constantly creates pricing inefficiencies across the order book.
His bot finds and exploits them in milliseconds.
The bot runs 24/7.
$75k in open positions at any given moment.
Biggest single win: $31,400. Win rate sits at 87%.
If you are still trading these markets manually, you are leaving money on the table.
This BOT hacked Ethereum Liquidity Pattern
He is making over $50.000 WEEKLY. Trading ONLY ETH
How that's even possible? It can use different strategies:
1/ Arbitraging between platforms
2/ Arbitraging on same platform but buying both outcomes when sum s <1$
3/ Using secret strategies that's are based on liquidity or other key indicators.
We've seen a lot of BTC bots, now we know king of the ETH

$22.4K in open positions. $28.5 biggest single win. 35 predictions. Almost ALL of them green. A 70% win rate from Day 1.
So who's behind it? Wintermute? DWF Labs? Jump Trading? Or someone we haven't even heard of yet?
Look at the trades Bitcoin Up or Down, Ethereum calls every 15-minute window, this thing is eating the market alive. Returns of 112%, 166%, even 318% on single positions.
This is NOT a human.
Because no retail trader joins a platform and immediately starts printing $26K/day with surgical accuracy across dozens of rapid-fire crypto predictions.

Such an interesting time we live in.
Found ~$40M in realized arbitrage profit extracted by participants.
The two mechanisms are straightforward:
1. Market Rebalancing Arbitrage
In any market with mutually exclusive outcomes, YES prices should sum to exactly $1. When they don't, there's a risk-free position:
Sum < $1 β buy all YES tokens, one must resolve to $1.
Sum > $1 β buy all NO tokens (or split + sell YES), guaranteed payout exceeds cost.
Profit = |Ξ£ val(Yα΅’, t) β 1|
Median price deviation across detected opportunities was ~$0.40 on the dollar. That's not a rounding error - it's structural mispricing.
2. Combinatorial Arbitrage
Some markets describe the same event at different granularities (e.g., "Who wins Georgia?" alongside "Dem wins Georgia by 0-1%?"). When the dependent subsets are priced inconsistently across markets, you construct a portfolio where at least one leg is guaranteed to pay out.
The researchers used DeepSeek-R1 to infer logical dependencies between 46,000+ market pairs and validated 13 exploitable dependent pairs in U.S. election markets alone.
What the data actually showed by category:
Sports - highest frequency of arbitrage opportunities, predominantly long. Most conditions had only a few windows, but they were consistent month over month. Surprisingly low exploitation rate.
Politics - largest dollar volume extracted, driven almost entirely by U.S. election markets in Nov 2024. Both long and short strategies active.
Crypto - highest profit-per-dollar outliers but fewer total opportunities.
Key nuance: Polymarket uses a CLOB (central limit order book), so none of these trades are atomic. You can get partial fills - one leg executes, the other doesn't. This is fundamentally different from DEX arbitrage where failed trades simply revert. The paper notes this execution risk explicitly.

That means the crowd believes law enforcement is days not weeks away from making a move.
