(1) delivered in private but Trump asked for Oval Office so event could be captured on camera, (2) ‘war-gamed’ by Starmer’s team but nearly didn’t happen due to security and now (3).

@bartymcbartface @peterjukes @DanNeidle Betfair aren’t a normal bookmaker. Bets on the exchange are ‘peer to peer’ - all Betfair are doing is providing the platform for two parties to ‘trade’ on an outcome. Odds are set by the open market of traders. Betfair take a commission on the winnings unlike a bookmaker.
