@sainsburys Well it’s free food at @sainsburys … despite extreme personal risk to in helping chase down a shoplifting gang (for 2 hours, at night, alone) they don’t bother pressing charges. Absolute waste of time.

Hey @marksandspencer Your robot tills have the food carrier bags stored one inch from the floor! Who wants to put their shopping in a dirty bag? Or reach to touch their toes to get one? Massive design error IMO. Try watching a 70 y/o try and pack their shop.

@marksandspencer This was M&S Food in Trowbridge, but you’ll find the same at every single M&S with these floor stored bags. I spoke to the manager who just fired a string of excuses at me. Not his fault - it’s just really thoughtless and inappropriate design.
