Al-Qassam Brigades released battle footage of Nour al-Din al-Jamasi, who left his university in Europe and returned to Gaza to fight
He was born on June 29, 2003, and was killed on October 8, 2025.
People say 1,163 innocent civilians were killed on October 7th. That is, of course, not true. Lets do the math:
1) 274 of them were active IDF soldiers
2) 58 were Israel Police officers
3) 10 were Shin Bet personnel
4) 43 were community emergency squad members
5) 421 people were of reserve duty age
6) 70 were foreign workers
7) 7 IDF admits to killing by friendly fire
Anyone is welcome to do the math.
That leaves 270 innocent Israeli victims. Out of those, who knows how many were killed through the Hannibal directive? We are probably left with 100 and something. Every death is tragic. But this was a more precise military operation than anything the IDF does. And why the entire world has to mourn this, is a very good question.
Abu Hamdan is one of the kindest people I've ever met. Now his life has been turned into a nightmare by Israeli settlers and soldiers, simply for living on his own land as a Palestinian.
His son was kidnapped by the IDF yesterday and we STILL don't know where he is.
Tim Miller asks Mehdi Hasan what he says to people who want the Muslim community to be angrier about 9/11:
If a terrorist attack happens, I will condemn it. But I'll condemn it because I'm a human being and I want to condemn the killing of innocents, not collective blaming.
I've spent 3 years condemning Israel's genocide in Gaza. Not once have I asked a Jewish American to say you must condemn Israel. Never done it. Never will. And I've never asked Christians to condemn what Christian extremists do.
For years, New Yorkers have demanded access to City records about the lasting health impacts of the horrific September 11th attacks. For years, they have been denied and ignored.
That ends today.
My administration is launching a free online portal for 9/11-related documents and releasing the first 170,000 pages today — available now at https://t.co/YnJTIIZ3lt.
These records prove what families and first responders have long known: City government knew the conditions around Ground Zero were dangerous — yet lied to New Yorkers.
Thousands pay the price for this. They bear the effects of that day every time they struggle to breathe or visit the doctor. More people have died from 9/11-related illnesses than were killed on the day itself.
As we mark twenty five years since September 11th, our vow to Never Forget will not waver. We will remember — and honor — those we have lost with the accountability and honesty they deserve.
