How to become 1% better at Product Management everyday:
1. Meet and network with other PMs
2. Install new apps and understand UX/metrics
3. Spend 1 hour everyday on industry reports
4. Learn things unrelated to PM, widen your horizons
5. Spend 10 hours per month on up-skilling
A large percentage of the DMs I get every day has to do with how to break into the product management space in Nigeria. This is why I’m creating this thread. The opinions I’d share here are based on what worked for most people I mentored in the past year.
