@FatFace I’ve tried absolutely everything to contact you about an order that is missing. No one answering the phone, no one replying to emails, absurd wait times on your online chat. What do I need to do to speak to someone about an order of mine that’s missing but paid for?

@Hermesparcels was due a delivery today between 1pm and 3pm but not attempt has been made and tracking still says out for delivery. Only options are to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour - neither an option for me. Can I please nominate a different day for delivery?
