JUST IN: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. breaks his silence on the ongoing situation at the Senate, saying he personally monitored developments for around two and a half hours.
Marcos said the armed personnel seen inside the Senate were assigned security and crowd control officers already stationed there, adding that no NBI or military forces entered the building.
