@scottiebateman Must be surreal to begin with and then something that never gets old. Is it a constant monitoring of the instruments or are there less intense times? I work in Dark TV galleries ( not the same at all ) but work very late and have to keep concentration for hours on end .

@DJohnston83 No reason for any actor to be complete arse. It’s not a job that needs any more accolades . It’s a from of entertainment that has a huge audience . That dictates the pay check . Not saying it isn’t important but it won’t put a stent in my heart or deliver my child .

@RobDebenham Looks ace . I have a pre made mix of the colonels secret recipe ( ish ) takes a deep fry but it’s off the scale. Happy to share . Does mean airing the house out for minimum 3 days though

@RobDebenham That’s how I used to do them . But we had lots of people overnight once and did this method. Into ice water, then fridge . 1 min in rolling boil next day, lovely runny poached eggs. Easier when hungover 😵

@RobDebenham Tricky little things to master . My wife does the them better than me. Shallow frying pan , barely a bubble on the heat . 4/ 5 at a time . Then leave quietly for a bit. Fresh is key isn’t it
