Today I had visited to Government college Yachuli for my Ph.D research field work.
I observed that, the road communication between Yazali to Yachuli was very good.
Gratitude to @PemaKhanduBJP sir @ErTabaTedir sir.
AAPSU came forward with several important suggestions concerning education and youth welfare. One such proposal was the funding for APST scholars pursuing PhD programmes in government institutions within Arunachal Pradesh. I assured the delegation that the State Government will work towards providing financial support for our indigenous research scholars and encourage higher studies and academic excellence.

A moment of immense pride for Arunachal Pradesh as Shri Techi Gubin Ji has been conferred the Padma Shri by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji.
A distinguished architect, social worker, and cultural advocate, he has dedicated decades to tribal welfare, indigenous faith and cultural preservation, rural outreach, and community development. After serving the State as Chief Architect of Arunachal Pradesh and Director of Housing, he continued his lifelong public service through organisations like Arunachal Vikas Parishad.
This honour is a fitting recognition of his selfless contribution to society. Heartiest congratulations to Shri Techi Gubin Ji—wishing him good health and many more years of inspiring service ahead.

The Government of Arunachal Pradesh will erect a statue in memory of Late Shri Gyamar Padang, in recognition of his public-spirited contribution to society and governance.
Late Shri Gyamar Padang, who was also a recipient of the State Gold Medal (posthumously), played a significant role in drawing attention to certain gaps in the recruitment system and contributed towards strengthening transparency, accountability, and efficiency in governance and public institutions.
Today, I met his family members, and conveyed my heartfelt respect and condolences. The memorial will stand as a lasting tribute to his life and as an inspiration for future generations to uphold honesty, responsibility, and public service.
A proud moment for Arunachal Pradesh and the Northeast as Dr. Joram Aniya has been appointed as a full-time Member of NITI Aayog.
An eminent academician, writer, and folklorist, she has made pioneering contributions to Hindi literature and the preservation of Nyishi culture, and her journey as the first woman Ph.D. holder in Hindi from the Nyishi community is truly inspiring. Her experience in education, research, and grassroots work will add immense value to national policymaking, especially in strengthening indigenous knowledge systems and inclusive development.
I also express my sincere gratitude to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji for recognising such distinguished talent from the Northeast and entrusting her with this important national responsibility.
Heartiest congratulations to Dr. Aniya and best wishes for her continued service to the nation.
A proud moment for Rajiv Gandhi University and Arunachal Pradesh as Miss Taba Jirpu, Ph.D. research scholar (Department of Zoology, RGU), has been selected for the Fulbright-Nehru Doctoral Research Fellowship 2026–2027.
With this, she becomes the first student from RGU and the state to receive this prestigious honour. Her advanced research in cancer biology, exploring better therapeutics for pancreatic cancer through extracellular vesicles, reflects both excellence and impact.
Heartiest congratulations and best wishes for her research journey in the United States from August 2026. May she continue to bring pride to Arunachal and inspire many more young scholars.
Encouraging signs for school education in Arunachal Pradesh — our Class X results show a steady upward trend over the last four years. Pass percentage has risen consistently from 39.72% (2022–23) to 61.48% (2025–26).
This improvement reflects the collective efforts of our students, teachers, school leaders, parents, and the Education Department. Congratulations to districts that have performed strongly, and equal appreciation to every district that is improving step by step.
We will continue to strengthen classroom learning, teacher support, and targeted interventions in districts that need additional focus—so that every child, in every corner of Arunachal, gets the opportunity to succeed.

At our dear friend Shri Taru Tana’s residence, the Apatani family and our own joined in, making the afternoon full of rhythm, laughter, and joy.
