@CurrysServices Then I found out it was actually in the stores stock but if I wanted it, and I did as it was a present for that weekend, that I’d have to pay again!! I did pay again and told I’d only get my refund on gift card. I didn’t need a gift card, just money back. (2/3)

@CurrysServices I’ve had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Last week I placed an order online, almost £400 taken, and email confirmation to collect from store.
Upon arrival, told it wasn’t in stock online, but I couldn’t have money back?! (1/3)
