@ParkPlazaHotels I cancelled a hotel booking via our corporate booking system on 1/12/25 for a stay on 3/12/25 within policy. I was charged for the booking. I reported this to the hotel in 8/12/25 and many times. Still no refund. @BBCWatchdog

@MoneySavingExp Just received an email from Bulb saying it has been credited to my account. It has, only catch is I have to request a refund to receive it, @BulbUK don't automatically send it to the account I pay from. So it will sit in their accounts until people physically request it.

@AlderneyBoutiq1 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yep. I have their broadband and I think that’s the issue. Can’t really expect much when they think Superfast is 40mbps and you have more than one device.
