@HalifaxBank hi I've been trying to get through to the Home Emergency Cover team. Despite logging a problem just after 9am I have not had anyone come out to look at the issue I have. I have called five times since 4.30pm and still haven't had anyone come out.
@HalifaxBank Yes I was told someone would come out between 9am and 4.20pm. I've tried ringing every hour since and the call centre have tried calling the plumber but had no reply from them. Just spent another 32mins on hold and didn't even manage to speak to anyone.
@virginmedia I'd love to if I could find an email address to contact them with! Not very clear on the website/app how I should contact the support team. Lady on the phone wasn't interested in my reference numbers earlier either.
@virginmedia Screenshot of the email after applying online, no charges and yet your customer services said that I would be charged an activation fee and my bill would be Β£133 a month.
@virginmedia So another 20mins in hold, speak to a lady called Rebecca who tries to tell me that getting the Virgin 360 box will cost me an installation fee and a monthly increase, despite my online order saying it was free, then she transfers me and I get cut off again.
@virginmedia Oh and have just spoken to someone who transferred me to a line that basically said they weren't open and hung up on me. Great customer service there!! #sarcasm
