6) @BBCR1 You tweeted last night at 8pm ish saying that TSTM were playing today instead. Why didn’t you put a message on the big screens or tell the onstage hosts to announce it to everyone y’day, so it would’ve given all the fans the chance to try and get tickets for today?!

@BBCR1 you have truly failed the fans of @30SECONDSTOMARS & everyone who bought tickets to specifically see them @r1bigweekend y’day. We (& others) came from all over the UK/Europe to see them play y’day and it’s not good enough. I don’t normally do this,but here’s a thread why…

5) @BBCR1 You tweeted at 8pm last night saying that they will be playing this morning instead. So you knew that the technical issues were fixed by 8pm, so why did you not make the effort to get them onstage on the Sat evening (solutions in thread) so the real fans could see them!

4) C) Move the TSTM performance to the Future Sound stage and move another smaller act to headline on BBC Introducing stage at 9:15pm after the last performance had finished on that stage. Any fans who came for @30SECONDSTOMARS would have happily watched them on another stage…

3) @BBCR1 To remedy the “technical difficulties” problem, which meant they couldn’t play. Why didn’t you either you A) reduced all other set times of acts on the main stage and put them on later in the day when the technical issues were solved. B) Ask them to do an acoustic show

2) @BBCR1 you only let us buy tickets for 1 day. So by moving @30SECONDSTOMARS to Sun morning, all the fans who bought tickets & travelled to see them y’day wouldnt be able to go to the re-scheduled performance this morning! Why weren’t they put on on a different stage y’day?!🤷‍♂️

1) @BBCR1 We came from 7 hours away specifically to see TSTM y’day as it’s their only UK tour date this year. For any of their fans in the UK & Europe it was their only chance to see them play. They haven’t played in the UK since 2018 & Europe since 2019, so it’s been a 5 years!
