@LiveFPLnet @FPLGeneral Probably (definitely) being dense here. Any chance of an idiot's step by step guide to accessing the excel sheets?

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@Kazoochka @danielstorey85 @donhutch4 Yes - that they spent good money on with Lampard's instruction and blessing. He was backed with money, he just hasn't been able to get any of the players playing anywhere near their level. Everton's squad in the hands of Thomas Frank finishes top half.

@AGCARSServices Interested to hear how you are going to get in touch with Dubai Police to explain why our car was given a 400aed fine today when it is supposed to be in the workshop with you. Also interested why you don't call back when you say you will.

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@AGCARSServices As usual, nobody picking up your phones or replying to messages. I would like to know why our car was given a 400aed traffic fine today when it is supposed to be in the workshop with you?

@DubaiDental Customer of three years trying for three days to get hold of someone to make an appointment. Emailed, filled in online forms, called 7 or 8 times, requested call backs, not had any contact returned and still trying to make an appointment.

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@saxobank Waiting for over two weeks now for someone to reply to my inquiry about a problem with my account. Two online chats have promised contact, but nothing has been forthcoming. Technical issues at your end not being addressed and disappointingly poor customer service.

@FPLGeneral @AthleticFPLPod I'm 20 behind in my mini league, have used all chips and have 2 FT for this week. Wondering whether I should switch out Salah for KDB and also switch out Robertson so I can upgrade a budget forward to Richarlison or Kulusevski to Son. Any other essential players for non FH users?

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@KeeleUniversity Been on hold for three lots of 40 minutes trying to get through to the 'Student Success' team today. Dialled 1 for a call back; have not received a call back. Emails not replied to, and DMs to you lead me to the dead end of the squirrel bot.

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@FPLGeneral @AthleticFPLPod Wondering if this is the best week to use one of my two free hits. I have 10 players, with Coufal flagged and my Watford assets away to Man Utd. Transfer in to get to 11 would mean losing one of Salah, Tierney, Saka or Trent. Is it better to hold the FH for later?

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@NicolaiSabro @FPLGeneral @AthleticFPLPod I'm in the same boat @NicolaiSabro and @FPLGeneral. Ten players to field, two free hits, but a transfer in will mean losing one of Trent, Tierney, Salah or Saka.

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@FPLGeneral @AthleticFPLPod @FPL_Heisenberg I still have all my chips (+ the bonus FH) and wildcard. Team is a bit of a mess, with Salah out, Trent, Watkins and Son flagged. Only have two double game-weekers. I have 1 transfer. Do I take hits to get in double game-weekers, ride it out with 1 transfer, free hit or wildcard?

@FCDOtravelGovUK If someone has been in an amber list country and then drives through France without leaving their vehicle before embarking on a ferry, what are the COVID regulations regarding PCR tests and quarantining?

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@JohnnyTheNic @F365 Love the way that even though I've read all his books and cartoons, he still has the guile and intellectual craft to blindside me either with humour or biting political satire with a social conscience.

@ellsbells89 @Lionesses @England My three-year-old daughter has started asking to go to the park to 'play football like the lionesses'. She wanted me to film her scoring a goal and send it to @ellbells89 and the 'strong girl' @JillScottJS8. Thanks for inspiring her and thanks for inspiring all of us. #Lionesses

@Golden_Tulip Having stayed at two of your other hotels, I had really looked forward to staying at your hotel in Dibba @gtrdibba. However, what I found was a run-down hotel with damaged and dangerous facilities, and a beach covered in oil, with no information about it.

[Richard Malpass @richymalpass]

@danielstorey85 I've thoroughly enjoyed reading your well-informed, meticulously researched and, above all else, engagingly written articles, over the last few years. Strange as it seems to say, I was incredibly saddened to hear you will be leaving F365. The very best of luck to you.
