How Unga Limited supplies Supermarkets vs other suppliers

Unga Limited
-supermarket is asked to obtain Bank guarantee for x weeks worth of supplies
-s/mrkt deposits the cash in bank and obtains equivalent guarantee. E.g. naivas 100-200m
-Unga supplies up the amt of guarantee
-once limit is reached, supplies are stopped till payment is made in full
-cycle repeats
-Incase of default Unga Limited will go to bank and liquidate guarantee. They did on collapse of Uchumi,Tuksys and Nakumatt; and got paid while everyone else lost

Other Unga suppliers
-sales person goes to supermarket. Gets an LPO.
-supplies are done in full
-Payment are 45-60 days after supply
-supplies are kept constant
