Middle Eastern truck driver that speaks no English just approached this trucker trying to communicate though a phone

🚨 The truck is from California

Truck driver also reporting multiple states weigh stations are not enforcing the new English language proficiency laws

“So this driver right here in this truck, AA Truck Line, Incorporation, out of California, middle eastern driver come up to me just now and asked me, so, hey, man, do you know what time this place opens? We're getting unloaded at. But he didn't ask me in English. He asked me on his cell phone because he couldn't speak English.

Now, we're in Albuquerque, New Mexico. How did he make it from California to here without getting pulled into a waste station and then putting him out of service because he can't speak English? — You got the state of New Mexico, you got the state of California, you got the state of Utah, you got the state of Minnesota, you got the state of South Dakota, you got the state of North Dakota, and the other states in between, like Colorado, who are not pulling these guys into the way stations and checking to see if they can't speak English or are even to see if they're legal to drive, which the guy in California was not.

So that's what's going on. As a truck driver, should I just run weigh stations since the DOT officers are not going to do their job because I'll be damn if I pull into one and get put out of service for a tire or anything like that. And these guys, they just let them go”
