This has no good outcome. I just hope no harm comes to the drivers or enforcers. I suspect a large number of offenders have limited ability to pay. Oh how I wish transit could be free. I realize that is an unrealistic goal, but don't fault me for wanting it to be so.

Great lake cities deserve great waterfronts. Why has this been elusive? Even the Gardener Expressway will not stand in my way. It's time we bury it & remove its chokehold on our city. I propose GOG - Gardens of the Gardener.
