The last keynote by Stephane Grenier was inspiring and educational. He reminded us that lack of social support is one of the greatest risk factors in mental health. We need to maintain supportive work cultures where we hear each other and know we are not alone. #ulead2023

Agree 100%. That’s something I learned later in life. I also used to deflect but have since learned to take compliments when offered. I give them whenever I can. How many times have we internally thought that what someone is doing is awesome but never came out and said it? Say it

LEADERS! It’s so much easier to GIVE A COMPLIMENT when people are willing to TAKE A COMPLIMENT. When you do you’re not saying LOOK AT ME…you’re letting someone else say LOOK AT YOU. We all need that.
