@BootsUK this is on top of me arriving at the original booked appointments for my daughter’s 2nd chicken pox vaccine and being told the vaccine had not been delivered. So I wasted an hours car journey, when someone could have called me letting me know.

@BootsUK your online vaccine booking service has been down for 3 days now. I called the store to amend the booking but they also said they were unable to do it online. The appointments have now been missed and I’m £150 out of pocket.
