@DOGE@DOGE_USDA@DOGE_SSA Does the DO NOT CALL list work anymore? My mother gets scam calls all the time. She was on the list. Do I need to renew every 5 years?
@realdogeusa I believe this. Since no one is checking, the system ripe for exploitation. It’s unfortunate, but there it is. We’ll need a system in place after D.O.G.E. is gone, to maintain accuracy and keep fraud in check.
@DOGE Doge needs to follow up on these individuals. Some maybe outside the U.S., expats, but fraud can still be occurring. With such high numbers, how do you do it? Ask them to phone in to a rep?? Millions of them, how?? An automated system somehow?
@DOGE You should consider spousal benefits or even survivor benefits, as that could be the reason for this?? There’s also bound to be fraud if someone wasn’t reported as being deceased. What if someone lives alone? Who reports them as deceased??? Living in the boonies?
