For those who do not understand why it is so important to push the fundamentals right now while the market price is low and the box office is hot!

With $AMC at $2.1 billion market cap this suggests that AMC will only be able to make about $110 million a year in profit going forward. This does not include any of the assets on the books. As they are liabilities until they actually make you money!

This is why EBITDA is so important. It allows you to measure yourself against other businesses without factoring in losses from COVID debt.

Paying your debt is the most important part of this equation. You are still pre-revenue. You’re still an EBITDA first business. You are not considered a profitable business… “yet”…

Quarter 2 was the most important quarter in our history. It killed the short thesis… how long they can stay short depends on how fast we can prove and improve profits.

You’re not trading at $2.50 because you’re a bad business. You’re trading a $2.50 because they do not want you to pay off the debt. Any additional dilution at this point just accelerates how fast you become profitable.

It doesn’t matter how many movies you see if you’re not spending money at the business.

Every time you make a visit, don’t think of it as just a trip to the movies but as an opportunity to reduce your debt on your business.
