@BestBuy seems like @GeekSquad led my elderly mother into a scam today. Can't seem to get a human engaged to review. Chat solution: go into a store. That's great advice. For an at-risk custome. During Covid. #shame #geeksquadfail

The worst part is she trusted the scammer because "it was Geek Squad." Took advantage of this by asking her age, whether she lived alone, & finally to send them a pic of a signed check. The exact opposite of the trust we had put into @bestbuy and @geeksquad
