Today I was impressed by the total absence of #retropulsion during #lithotripsy of this big upper ureteric stone by means of #SOLTIVE#TFL#LASER by @OlympusUrology ... of note above the stone there was also severe hydronephrosis... but the stone was stuck in front of us! #ETCE
