I looked at all the majors in June. Hype sol eth near Zec etc. The types of things you buy in a bear when you just want an easy 10x on size over the next 2 years.

I bought fartcoin. Fartcoin is a crypto major you just don’t realize it yet. Every new meme over the last month that has run up big has a ceiling.

If you are buying a meme rn that’s over the mc of fartcoin, make sure you’re out of that thing quick. That’s the reality.

I gamble small amounts onchain all the time. I analyze a size play tho extensively.

Could I put a 100k into black bull or cash cat and catch a quick 2-3x? Maybe. The problem is there’s a lot of risk in that.

Buying fartcoin at 110M which I did is incredibly low risk to me. Everything has risk of varying degree. Hype Zec near sol new memes. New memes on new chains.

Maybe Fartcoin goes down to the 10/10 wick of .09. Ok. That’s only a 20% draw down on my entry. If it does I’ll add more and double my stack.

Every other size play I’ve looked at has greater downside risk than 20%.

And then if I look at upside potential, fartcoin has the highest upside of the majors. It simply has the best r/r in crypto. Which is stupid.

Cuz its name is fartcoin.

But it has no real risk. No team. No regulatory risk. No risk of hacks and supply increase. No risk of bundles or farms. Look at all the risk vectors for something in crypto.

It’s just fartcoin. That’s it.

It’s a part of crypto lore now. It has normie awareness. A lot of it.

It’s the perfect meme coin. A lot of CT missed it last cycle. And now they feel vindicated. Think it’s dead. Think it’s dumb.

Those people want the 10k to 1M score. Which isn’t easy. I’ve done it 4 times on memes. It’s hard. Some I got out some I didn’t.

I want the 100k to 5M play. Maybe even 10M.

Whenever we eventually get out of the bear and crypto starts going up and Fartcoin starts going up, it ends up right back in the news cycle.

Because its name is fartcoin.

No one has to do anything. No one has to tweet about it. It exists in the world and enough people have heard of it.

When hot air rises, that’s when you go full risk on imo.

some context, i spent all of 2025 convinced meme mindshare had topped.

recent events made me reassess that. i kept coming back to the same question.

why does retail buy crypto?

every cycle the answer is the same: as a lottery ticket. a shot at turning $1k into $100k in a month. and in a bull run, memes pay out on that bet more often than the actual lottery does

but i have zero experience hunting new memes at $500k market cap and zero edge doing it. i'm too old and lazy for the trenches and i like being concentrated in a few charts i can actually watch.

so if i wanted meme exposure the criteria became: timeless, universally funny, tied to nothing that can go stale.

fartcoin fit that well. everyone farts. a 10 year old laughs at it and so does my mother. it spent stretches of 2025 leading risk sentiment through fomc meetings while triggering every tradfi account on this app.

it topped at $2.5b, a fraction of what the big dogs hit in 2021, and it's only one cycle old, so the lower highs death spiral that kills most alts hasn't had a chance to form.

this is a long term play. no, i don't know where it bottoms, i could be underwater for a long time waiting for risk on season. that's okay, im good with my entry.

i started buying down 92% from the high with a bullish divergence printing on the weekly rsi. the divergence alone is a coin flip, but it did make me feel better about hitting the buy button.

the underrated part: buying a meme lets me turn my brain off. no roadmap to track, no team to lose faith in, no tech thesis that can quietly break. the whole idea fits in one line: if times get good, people buy funny things and hold them while they go up.
