@ZainabSana2622 Omg you people don't wanna hear anything. Yes we do and we should be happy about it? That's the whole point of not having children? We have more time, money, energy than if we had kids? And your things are time consuming because you have time to fill. Parkinsons Law
@secondpilots ok but people who drink oat lattes (most common) 2-3 times a day. their sugar never goes down bcuz they drink it often in between meals.. it is a straight path to IR and then to diabetes type 2.
@InlandCaGuy@Melitaalsole please don't listen to the food puritians here. There's time and place for everything and sometimes you just want a warm greasy sandwich on the go. I miss american convenience food. We're really bad at "cheap quick tasty and filling" options
@cheese63461@catboyiancurtis Hmm... That's interesting - I also have that view with other people's usage of AI. On the other hand, I recently started having a feeling that most people are unable, like, "biologically" to think critically. Like, you could not nurture / teach them to do it?
@cheese63461@catboyiancurtis I'd describe it as lack of critical thinking applied to various (most) areas of life - is this conformity? Maybe that's a better way to describe it
@kikynium Seriously there's so many guys at work that I avoid even saying "hi" to because I'm scared of being sucked into 30 min "small walk" (not even) where they just talk about themselves or about their issues (work related)... And I'm just standing and nodding
@fleshvvyrm@NuneStarkie Depends. If you do bare minimum, you'll probably have more stress at work, and feel drained at the end of the day, especially adding what someone else mentioned - people being annoyed with you. That doesn't help in creative thinking afterwards
@joelbasson@florianederer We shouldn't concern ourselves with thoughts of people who despite free internet access are not able to verify easily available information. Two clicks away.
@StephenFleming That’s great and makes sense, but then I have to ask myself why don’t they make Coke Zero actually taste good? If Pepsi can do it, why not Coca Cola?
