@secondpilots ok but people who drink oat lattes (most common) 2-3 times a day. their sugar never goes down bcuz they drink it often in between meals.. it is a straight path to IR and then to diabetes type 2.

@fleshvvyrm @NuneStarkie Depends. If you do bare minimum, you'll probably have more stress at work, and feel drained at the end of the day, especially adding what someone else mentioned - people being annoyed with you. That doesn't help in creative thinking afterwards
