Timely, to the point and so well put as @BeattieDoug gets behind the campaign for Blair 'Paddy' Mayne to be properly remembered, and to be awarded the Victoria Cross. The pressure keep building folks. Please share far and wide.
@KieranM8982 Kieran - looks like the rain stopped for a little while then! He's some craic all right - hope he bought you a pint! Thank you and enjoy your holiday!!
@jjohnston032 Agreed - can't understand why a bigger issue is being made of the hooker standing in the field of play throwing it in, than this and the Murphy hit - one has no real impact on the game, the other 2 have the possibility to have lifelong consequences
@MarkHun23432227 No doubt he should have had more assistance.
Maybe the fact it was the Ulster captain who was down injured counted against Ulster - he wouldn't interact with anyone else - certainly not O'Toole!
The more you see this the worse it gets.
Tucked shoulder, no wrap, clear head contact and player has to leave the field. When a player suffers a head injury as the result of a collision what's the thought process that leads to this not even being reviewed?
Player welfare eh!
@sharnehawkins I think he had a clear plan to try and speed the game up,back his own judgement & avoid the tmo where necessary-which is to be applauded.
However, when a player suffers a clear impact to the head and the game is stopped, not sure how there's a reason not to check the incident...
