法国通过具有里程碑意义的协助死亡法案。

经过多年争论，法国国民议会于周三正式投票通过协助死亡合法化，允许部分末期病患在严格条件下，获得医疗协助结束生命。

支持者认为，这项法案让患者在面对无法治愈的疾病和难以承受的痛苦时，拥有更多自主权，也能更有尊严地走完人生最后一程。

反对者则担心，一旦协助死亡合法化，社会可能对重病患者、残障人士及其他弱势群体形成无形压力，让他们因为害怕拖累家人、增加医疗负担，而产生“应该离开”的想法。

这项法律设置了严格限制。原则上，患者必须自行服用致命药物；只有在患者因身体状况无法自行完成时，医生或护士才能代为施用。

法案虽然获得通过，却再次掀起欧洲社会对生命自主权、医疗伦理和弱势群体保护的激烈争论。
